Frequently Asked Questions

WEDDINGS

How far in advance should we book you for our wedding/elopement?

It's always a good idea to book at least 6-12 months in advance, especially for popular wedding seasons or destination weddings. However, if you're planning something more spontaneous, feel free to reach out, and I'll do my best to accommodate you!

Do you travel for weddings and elopements?

Yes, I absolutely love travelling for weddings and elopements! Based in Toulouse, I’m available throughout France and internationally. Whether it's a dreamy destination wedding or a quiet elopement in a remote location, I’m here to capture your special day wherever it may be.

How many hours of coverage do we need?

It depends on the type of wedding or elopement you’re planning! For a more intimate elopement, 2-4 hours might be enough, while larger weddings may need 6-10 hours of coverage. I offer different packages to suit your needs, but we can discuss the best option based on your plans.

What’s the difference between a wedding and an elopement package?

Wedding packages are designed for larger celebrations, including a full day of events and multiple locations. Elopement packages are more intimate and typically involve a smaller, simpler ceremony, sometimes in more remote or unique locations.

Do you help with planning our timeline for the day?

Yes! I’ll work with you to create a timeline that ensures everything runs smoothly. I can also help suggest the best times for light, especially for destination or outdoor weddings.

Can we customize our wedding/elopement package?

Absolutely! Your wedding day should reflect your unique love and style, so I’m happy to tailor a package that suits your needs. Whether you want extra hours of coverage or a specific add-on, we’ll make it happen.

Do you offer engagement or couple sessions?

Yes! I offer engagement and couple sessions as well. It’s a wonderful way to capture the connection before your big day, and it's a great way to get comfortable in front of the camera. We can schedule this at a time that works best for you.

How do we book you for our wedding or elopement?

To secure your date, simply reach out to me through the contact form, and I’ll send over all the details. Once you’ve chosen a package and confirmed availability, I’ll send a contract and an invoice for the deposit. After that, your day is officially reserved!

Do we need to cater for you on the day of the wedding?

No need to worry about catering for me! I understand that you already have a lot to think about. I’ll be perfectly fine with just coffee and water throughout the day to keep me going, so you can focus on your celebration without any extra considerations.

What kind of style do you have for weddings and elopements?

My style is documentary and natural, focusing on authentic moments and emotions. I love capturing real, unposed moments as they unfold, allowing your personalities and love to shine through the photos.

Will you help with posing?

I believe in guiding you without forcing unnatural poses. I’ll offer gentle direction when needed, but my main focus is to capture the candid, real moments that happen throughout the day.

How many photos will we receive?

The number of photos you receive depends on the length of coverage, but for a full wedding, you can expect anywhere from 400-700 edited images. For elopements, it may be fewer, but you’ll still get a beautiful collection of images that truly tell your story.

How long after the wedding will we receive our photos?

You can expect your photos within 6-8 weeks after the wedding or elopement. I take time to carefully edit each image, ensuring it reflects the natural beauty of your day.

Do you offer albums or prints?

At the moment, I don’t offer albums or prints directly. However, I’m more than happy to recommend trusted partners where you can create beautiful, high-quality albums and prints that reflect the essence of your day. We can discuss all the options available to you during the planning process!

Do we need a second photographer?

For weddings with over 75 guests, I highly recommend adding a second photographer to ensure that every special moment is captured from different angles. As part of a network of photographers, I can bring along a second shooter for an additional €600. This allows for a more comprehensive collection of images, ensuring no moment is missed.

What happens if the weather doesn’t cooperate for our outdoor wedding or elopement?

While I love outdoor settings, I’m fully prepared for any weather! We’ll discuss backup plans before the big day. In the event of rain, we can find shelter or use the atmosphere to create something truly magical and unique.

What happens if you're sick on the day of our wedding?

In the rare case that I am unable to attend due to illness, I have a strong network of trusted photographers I can call upon. I will ensure that your day is still beautifully captured by a professional with a style similar to mine. Additionally, I will personally take care of the editing process to ensure that the final images reflect my unique style and the story of your day. Your wedding is important to me, and I will make sure you're in good hands.

SESSIONS

Where do the sessions take place?

Sessions can take place anywhere that feels special to you. Whether you want a location with personal meaning, a beautiful outdoor setting, or an in-home session, we can discuss your preferences and plan the perfect spot.

How long does a session last?

Sessions typically last between 30-120 minutes depending on the package and type of session. We’ll ensure enough time to capture a variety of beautiful moments.

What time of day do you recommend for our session?

I generally recommend scheduling sessions later in the afternoon or early evening, especially for outdoor shoots. This time of day gives us that beautiful, soft light and helps us avoid harsh shadows, resulting in more flattering and natural-looking photos. Of course, I’m happy to work with you to find the best time for your vision!

Do we need to bring anything to the session?

For family or portrait sessions, I recommend bringing any special items or props that reflect your personality, such as a favourite blanket, a cherished book, or something meaningful. For maternity sessions, you may want to bring a few outfit changes to ensure variety. For branding sessions, we can discuss the best props or outfits to represent your business.

Can we have multiple outfit changes during the session?

Yes! For longer sessions like engagements or branding shoots, I encourage outfit changes to reflect different looks and give variety to the final images. You can plan for one or two outfit changes, depending on the session length.

When is the best time to schedule a maternity session?

The ideal time for a maternity photoshoot is between 28 and 34 weeks of pregnancy. Around this period, your bump is beautifully round, and you’re usually still feeling comfortable enough to enjoy the session. That said, every pregnancy is different—so feel free to reach out and we can chat about the timing that feels best for you!

How do I prepare for a maternity session?

For maternity sessions, I recommend wearing clothing that is comfortable but also highlights your beautiful bump. Soft, flowing dresses and simple, solid colours often work well. I can also provide tips for posing to ensure you feel confident and comfortable.

Do you provide makeup or hair styling?

While I don’t provide makeup or hair styling, I can recommend some trusted professionals in the area if you would like to hire someone to help you look your best before the session.

How many photos will we receive?

The number of photos varies depending on the session and package. Typically, you’ll receive 10-30 edited images for standard sessions. For longer sessions or more elaborate shoots, the number will increase. Every photo is carefully edited to ensure quality and consistency.

When will we receive our photos?

You’ll receive your edited images within 2-3 weeks of the session. I take time to ensure each image is beautifully edited and reflects my style.

Can we request specific poses or shots?

I always encourage a relaxed and natural approach, but if you have specific shots or poses in mind, feel free to let me know! I’m happy to incorporate any ideas you have, ensuring your photos reflect your vision.

What is the maximum number of people for a family session?

For family sessions, I can comfortably accommodate up to 8 people. If you have a larger group, feel free to reach out to discuss options. I want to make sure we capture every person in the best way possible, so we can adjust the session accordingly!

Can we include pets in our session?

It depends on your pet’s temperament and comfort level, but feel free to ask! I’m happy to discuss the details and make sure we can plan a session that works for everyone, including your furry friends.

What happens if it rains or the weather is bad?

We can either reschedule the session or move to an indoor location if needed. I always keep an eye on the weather and will be in touch with options so that your session is still comfortable and enjoyable.

How far in advance should we book our session?

I recommend booking at least 6-8 weeks in advance, especially for weekends or peak seasons. However, I’ll do my best to accommodate last-minute inquiries, so don’t hesitate to reach out!

Can you help with outfit styling?

Of course! Once your session is booked, I’ll generally share a guide to help you choose the right colours and outfits that will complement your environment and make you feel your best. I’m also available anytime to discuss your options and offer personalized advice, ensuring you feel confident and ready for the shoot.
