OH, HELLO THERE!
I’m Moana—a wedding and family photographer based in Toulouse (France), with a deep love for stories, travel, and the wild world around us.
Born and raised in Italy, I’ve spent over 20 years living and working in different parts of the world, including the UK, Australia, Canada, and now France. My love for nature and adventure has led me across the world, driven by curiosity, a camera in hand, and a deepening appreciation for the small, fleeting moments that give life its meaning. Photography has been part of me for as long as I can remember. It started with wildlife—that’s where I learned patience, intuition, and how to capture the essence of a moment in a single frame. Then came a shift. When travel paused during the pandemic, I turned my lens toward people—and something clicked. I discovered the same quiet magic I’d found in the wild: subtle emotions, genuine connections, and unfiltered beauty.
That’s also when my dog Meru came into my life—a little soul who’s been my shadow and my heart ever since.
Now, I divide my time between both worlds. Some days I’m capturing the joy and emotion of a wedding; other days I’m out in the field, tracking birds or watching the sunrise in silence. In every setting, I use natural light and a gentle approach to create warm, sincere images that feel true to you.
I speak English, Italian, French, and Spanish—which helps me connect with people from all walks of life and makes me feel at home just about anywhere. At the heart of it all, what moves me most is connection.

I’m not here to make you pose or perform—I’m here to notice the real stuff: the spark in your eyes, the way you reach for each other’s hand, the quiet confidence you carry, or the messy, joyful energy of family life.
My approach is intuitive and thoughtful. I guide when it’s helpful and step back when the moment needs space. You won’t need to worry about doing it “right”—I’ll help you feel comfortable and present, so the moments unfold naturally.
Before we meet, I’ll ask questions, listen to your ideas, and offer suggestions if you’re unsure. And on the day of your session or wedding? Expect calm vibes, warm light, and a photographer eager to capture your moments in a way that truly reflects who you are.

I’ve always been drawn to places that stir the soul—those wild, remote corners of the world where nature takes your breath away and moments feel a little more magical. Photographing stories in these kinds of settings is the dream.
Here are a few places that live rent-free in my heart:
Iceland – Think endless waterfalls, black sand beaches, steaming earth, and skies that dance. A place made for wild hearts.
Kyoto, Japan – A quiet kind of beauty. Ancient temples, whispering bamboo forests, and petals drifting from cherry blossoms—it’s like stepping into a poem.
Banff, Canada – Towering peaks, turquoise lakes, and alpine air so fresh it makes you feel new. Perfect for those who feel at home in the mountains.
Bora Bora – Dreamy doesn’t even begin to cover it. If you're after clear waters, quiet shores, and sunset vows by the sea, I’ll pack my bag tomorrow.
Costa Rica – For the jungle lovers, the barefoot explorers, the ones who want toucans calling overhead and waves crashing nearby. It’s lush, alive, and unforgettable.
